Hitchhiking Anemone

In this photo, the Hitchhiking Anemone got stranded. Unfortunately, the Hermit Crab that carried it around died. It is unknown if this Anemone can find a new host.

This Anemone has a brown to reddish oral disc with rows of pale, often banded tentacles.
The Hitchhiking Anemone gets its name from its habit of attaching to shells, frequently riding along on those carried by Hermit Crabs.
