This Algae is a large, round green ball that looks like a shiny bubble or pearl. Its surface is smooth and sometimes has a thin silver or light purple coating. It often grows alone or in small groups.
The Sea Pearl, also known as bubble algae or sailor's eyeball, is one of the largest single-celled organisms. It usually grows in cracks or crevices where it is sheltered from strong currents.
