This Goby has a bright yellow bar on its nose, a yellow stripe running from each eye to the tail, and a thin light blue stripe below each eye. It has a pale lower body and a dark upper body.
The Yellownose Goby is a cleaner fish, often found in small groups at cleaning stations on coral heads. It removes parasites from larger fish and is not shy around divers.
