This small Shrimp has a dark brown to reddish-brown body with a white tail. Its upper back can be partially white.
The Brown Crinoid Shrimp lives only on Black & White Crinoids (Nemaster grandis), where it hides among the arms and mimics the crinoid’s colors to stay safe.
