Elegant Glassy Bubble

This Headshield Slug has a long, transparent body speckled with light and dark spots. It has a deep notch in its headshield and two large flaps hide most of its thin shell, which is covered with tight spiral grooves.
The Elegant Glassy Bubble Snail lives just under the sand in shallow water. It uses a ribbon of tiny teeth called a radula to scrape and eat thin layers of green algae.
