The Fortune Sea Goddess has a long, bright blue body with yellow-orange patterns. Its wide mantle edge is white to pale blue with black spots and a thin orange rim. The sides and tail also have black spots. Its rhinophores are blue to violet, and its gills are white with dark bases.

The Fortune Sea Goddess is found in rocky areas and coral crevices, often in pairs.
