This Nudibranch has a grayish-blue back with a bright white central stripe and dark spots on the sides. It has purple-blue gills, a purple crown, and rhinophores with white accents, along with a broad yellow band around the edge of its mantle.
The Purple-Crowned Sea Goddess is often found in pairs.
