This Dolphin has a smooth body with a short, rounded nose. Its skin is gray, with a darker shade on top and a lighter underside. It has a tall, curved fin on its back, and its broad tail fins have a distinct notch in the center.
Bottlenose Dolphins are found in groups called pods. They are social and curious, sometimes interacting playfully, and they use echolocation to navigate and hunt. While some individuals may approach divers, others are more reserved.
