The Blue Chromis is a small, slender fish with a vibrant, iridescent blue body. It has a deeply forked tail, which has a distinct black edge.
This Chromis is active during the day and is often seen in small groups feeding on plankton. Females lay eggs that stick to surfaces, and males care for them until they hatch by chasing away similarly sized predators, nipping away debris, and moving water over the eggs.
