This small Moray has a slender, reddish-orange body about as wide as a soda straw. Its dorsal fin starts far back on the body.
The Redface Moray hides deep within crevices of coral heads and rocky areas. It often resides between the lobes of Star Corals and is rarely seen due to its preference for hidden spaces.
